Performance Testing

We use scientific-based triathlon training methods and believe in the power of testing.
Performance testing is key to achieve the metabolic profile that leads to a personal training program. We offer several test options that suit your ambition and training plans.

MLSS + INSCYD Testing

In order to train smart you need accurate physiological data to guide and monitor your progress. Lactate threshold, VLaMax and VO2Max are important performance markers that provide insight into your metabolic profile. Do an INSCYD or a MLSS test!

Bike Fit

Proper bike fit allows you to have a position on the bike that lets you ride as long as you want, as hard as you want, and stay comfortable the entire time. A good fit will help prevent overload injuries that result from an improper position. Let us dial in the proper fit!

INSCYD + Lactate Tests
